1. What We Collect
We collect the following information when you use PayNudge:
- Your name and email address (account registration)
- Your clients' names and email addresses (added by you)
- Invoice details you enter: amounts, due dates, descriptions
- Email engagement data: whether reminder emails were delivered, opened, or clicked
- Billing information processed by Paddle (we do not store card details)
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to operate the PayNudge service: sending reminder emails on your behalf, tracking their delivery status, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
PayNudge uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Resend — email delivery (resend.com)
- Paddle — subscription billing, acting as Merchant of Record (paddle.com)
- Supabase — database hosting on AWS infrastructure
- Vercel — application hosting
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and processes data as required to deliver their services.
4. Data Retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel and delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Email logs may be retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting purposes.
5. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
6. Cookies
PayNudge uses a single session cookie (pn_session) to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions are signed JWTs transmitted only over HTTPS. We do not store plaintext passwords or payment card details.
