1. Service
PayNudge is a subscription service that sends automated invoice payment reminder emails on behalf of freelancers and independent contractors. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription & Billing
PayNudge costs $12 per month. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no charge during the trial period. After the trial, billing recurs monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send reminder emails to the client contacts you add. You must not use PayNudge to send unsolicited communications to people who have not engaged you for work. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. No Guarantee of Payment
PayNudge sends reminder emails only. We do not guarantee that your clients will pay their invoices, and we are not responsible for unpaid amounts between you and your clients.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use PayNudge for spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any missed reminders due to downtime or technical issues outside our control.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of PayNudge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
